Booking requests are for a morning, afternoon or evening slots. Bookings for the upper deck are for 20 – 25 people only for the entire Upper Deck, with our buffet option. The Sun Terrace can be booked for up to 50 people
All other tables at Sobo Beach are first come, first served

Upper Deck – Private Hire Details
Capacity: Minimum 15 people, Maximum 25 people
Time Slots: • 12:00pm – 5:00pm • 6:00pm – 9:30pm
Food Options: • Buffet menu – minimum 15 people at £19.50 per person or, food can be pre-ordered using our pre-order form
Payment:
Full payment must be made 1 week prior to the booking date of the booking date
A £50 deposit is required to secure the booking, this balance will be deducted from your final balance Roof Terrace – Private Hire Details (Weather Dependent)
Minimum Group Size: 30 people, maximum capacity 50 people
Menu: Party buffet at £19.50 per person
Service Charge: 10% added to final payment
Cancellation Policy:
In the event of bad weather, a full refund will be processed if the event is cancelled at least 48 hours in advance
